How to register

Entry Requirements

The races are open to all, licensed and unlicensed in athletics:

– for the Half-Marathon : starting from the Junior category: athletes born in 1999 and before

– for the Marathon :  starting from the Espoir category: athletes born in 1997 and before.

Licensed athletes :

Licensed in Athletics must indicate their FFA (French Athletics Federation) license number on the registration form or when registering on www.klikego.com.

Licensed in Triathlon must provide a copy of their FTT (Tahitian Triathlon Federation) license card along with the registration form or enclose it when registering on www.klikego.com.

Unlicensed athletes :

Unlicensed athletes must prove their aptitude to participate in running competitions with a medical certificate made by a doctor. It must be recent (less than one year) and must be provided with the registration form or on the registration site www.klikego.com (photocopy is accepted). The original can be provided after the event.

Foreign athletes :

Foreign athletes are required to provide a medical certificate statingtheir aptitude to participate in running competitions even if they have a competition license issued by an IAAF-affiliated federation. It must be written in French or translated into French, dated from less than one year and must be provided with the registration form or on the registration site www.klikego.com (photocopy is accepted). The original can be provided after the event.

No registration will be accepted or even processed without the medical certificate, without the FFA license number, or without a copy of the FTT license card.

Licenses from other sports federations or clubs are not accepted (football, va’a, swimming …).

Registration process

Internet registration center :

The athlete registers online for the “Tahiti-Moorea Marathon 2017” event available on the Klikego website.

The athlete completes his / her online registration form and encloses the necessary documents (see Article 9) in his online application upon validation of his registration.

Once the application is complete, the athlete can make the payment online or go to a French-Polynesia registration center to make the payment (check, cash or wire transfer).

French Polynesia registration centers :

The registration forms are available in the offices of the partners of the event. They are also downloadable to be printed on our website.

The athlete completes his registration form and encloses the necessary documents (see Article 9) upon validation of his registration.

Once the application is complete, the athlete goes to a French-Polyensia registration center to make the payment (check, cash or wire transfer).

Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Price increase :

At 6pm on March 18, 2017, the registration fee will increase :

– 8 Euros for the Internet registration center

– 1000 XPF for the French Polynesia registration centers.

Please note that no registration is possible on the day of the race. No registration by postal service, the Organizing Committee may not receive it on time.

Bibs – Race envelope

The race envelope will be provided upon presentation of an identity card, a payment receipt, a confirmation email at the dates and places : more information here.

No bibs will be provided on the day of the race.

The envelope contains the bib, 4 nursing pins and the numbered bag label to label your personal bags.

Any bib number assignment is definitive. Bibs are required for all participants and throughout the event. It must be visible, as well as the sponsors and the number, on the chest.

An electronic chip is attached to the bib for the timing, and must not be withdrawn or manipulated for fraudulent purposes. Athletes with medical restrictions to carry this type of chip must inform the Organizing Committee.
